*the role*:
*purpose*
the dap (acquisition & disposal project manager) works very autonomous to manage the execution of real estate acquisition and disposal projects as well as a key support for the bdm team for inorganic expansion projects.. He/she keeps the communication amongst all parties involved in the acquisition or disposal of a property (i.e. legal, engineering, network planning, sales & ops, environmental, external service providers etc.).
To deliver the strategy, it is also necessary to develop innovative approaches to achieve growth and extract more value from disposals. This requires working through brokers and other top-class external service providers to get the best expertise and insight applied.
*accountabilities*
- responsible for project management of acquisition (nti & nts, new to shell & new to industry) and disposals within mandate.
- appoint and manage local relationship with external service providers, brokers & project developers, including turn key developers and input into selection of partners for multi-site deals.
- supports the bdm team in the evaluation and execution or large acquisitions deals, including potential jvs and tmlas agreements.
- responsible for program management of selected market area plans including coordination and driving progress to meet objectives of mexico network strategy.
- fronting negotiations with external parties.
- operational relationship management with external organizations.
- coordinate the communication between many internal and external stakeholders (sales, environmental, engineers, legal, authorities).
- responsible for reporting kpi’s and progress of projects.- acts as the contract holder for all real state related partners, including property management of existing sites.

the position will cover mobility business in mexico. Mobility business is part of new market entry.
