we are committed to offering leadership development opportunities and programs through every step of a team member's career journey and at every level, both in our hotels and across corporate.how you will make an impactyour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.what your day-to-day will be like:coordinate the daily revenue management processes for multiple hotels, including project work for revenue managers and revenue specialists, data collection, and maintenance of tools.analyze revenue management reporting and provide recommendations to revenue managers, troubleshoot and improve current tools, and ad-hoc reporting and trend analysis.present recommendations to hotel teams, develop new tools, and provide additional support to rmcc project teams; report activities include utilizing onq rm, ms excel, ms database, and hotel marketing systems to process information and generate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports.how you will collaborate with others:as a revenue analyst you will collaborate with revenue specialists, revenue managers, directors of revenue, and regional teams in an objective manner to help maximize revenue for all properties for which rmcc provides a service.what projects you will take ownership of:all inclusive and luxury initial setup.reports only implementation services.manage essentials communications.why you'll be a great fityou have these minimum qualifications:one (1) year of hospitality work experience with a preference for front office operations, reservations, data management, revenue management, etc.fluent in both english and spanish with written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.it would be useful if you have:ba/bs bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, finance, or economics
