we are seeking a dynamic and strategic social media engagement specialis t to join our team. This role is perfect for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative and has a passion for building and nurturing online communities. You will be responsible for drafting and executing smart, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives for our clients.
what you will do...
* monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* finding new social media trends
* have fun with trending videos and engage in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience
* collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
* stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
qualifications
what you will need..
* a high school diploma or equivalent
* a personal pc/laptop with a working webcam
* fluent in english and has excellent communication skills in both written and oral. Additional languages are a plus!
* a good working home environment with a stable internet connection
* must have experience in community management
* must be well versed with the us culture
* any form of experience in social media and customer service (non-voice)is a plus!
* the ability to work an 8-hour shift, on a rotating schedule, and be flexible to work on weekends.
