*core work activities*
ecom performance marketing specialist analysis ecom channel transactional media performance, pr influencer plan and set up the plan for driving conversion rate optimization across all ecom channels.
*monitor and enhance the online sales activity*
- ensure user experience of the website including design & aesthetics, content, and navigation, branding / marketing, performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
- own and manage seo measurements and monitoring methodologies
- manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific ecommerce kpis (conversion rate, bounce )
- ensure that all ecommerce activity is consistent with the brand sense of purpose
*achieve excellence through optimization and innovation*
- create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms, data ownership within ecommerce brands websites and e-retailers ones
- create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities
- provide seo/sem and digital marketing through innovation and process improvements leverage local constraints and maturity in ecommerce activation
- drive growth, develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors
*manage competitive, market and best practices intelligence*
- analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches
- stay up to date with market, consumers & competitors
- collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers
*advocacy and pr*
develop an advocacy plan and actions to leverage our core brand advocates
- managing public relations: local spokesperson, ambassadors
- create tools and lead actions to develop relations with our national opinion leaders: celebrities
- provide communication tools (press release etc.) and guidelines to countries and make sure of their implementation
- organize major brand events and/or launches and build eventing plan
- contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy
- contribute to thinking on the communication plan
- implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events
- contribute to managing internal communication for the brand
- promote brand launches and events internally
*(qualifications)*
- university graduate
- 3+ years of professional experiences in digital marketing & performance analysis
- knowledge and understanding digital communication & ecom business
- ability to leverage knowledge of digital communication and ecom performance review and translate them into short and long term ecom channel strategy
- good communication skill both in korean and english
