Job summary
the sr. Hr assistant plays a pivotal role in providing strategic and hands-on human resources support to our fulfillment center associates.
key responsibilities
1. ensure data integrity in our hr information systems, perform daily updates on employees' information, benefits enrollments, and issue time cards for administrative tasks related to hr topics.
2. act as an hr advisor, providing guidance on payroll, benefits, associates' scheduling, and other inquiries.
3. collaborate with site managers to ensure accurate attendance tracking and crew sheets for associates.
4. support recruiting and safety departments with new hire orientation, safety talks, interview loops, and badging process management.
5. track hr metrics (attendance, attrition, overtime, and other internal metrics) and collaborate with internal teams to build and improve internal dashboards for business leaders.
6. manage, track, and report monthly budget to hr and finance leaders.

requirements
* high school or bachelor's degree
* experience with microsoft office products and applications
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* 2+ years of human resources functions experience
* knowledge of hris or applicant tracking systems is preferred
