*overall responsibility*:
loan servicing supervisors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their
department.
they commonly manage a team of employees and work to ensure that they're all working
towards the same goals.
*key areas of responsibility*
- inputs data and creates spreadsheets showing the progress of the staff's efforts to collect debts
- speaks with individuals who wish to speak with a supervisor
- approves and allows settlement and payment options
- supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in collecting overdue payments for
charge accounts, credit card accounts, or loans from customers of banks, loan companies,
department stores, oil companies, or other credit-card-issuing companies
- reviews delinquent account records to determine which customers must be contacted for
collection of overdue accounts
- organizes collection workload based on the degree and amount of delinquency and assigns
accounts to employees for collection
- monitoring delinquent accounts to identify potential collections opportunities, including
delinquent accounts that may be eligible for liquidation

- reviewing accounts receivable records to identify delinquent accounts or accounts with high risk
of delinquency
- analyzing financial statements to determine an individual's ability to pay a debt over time
- coordinating with lawyers to collect on delinquent accounts that have been taken to court
- evaluating the effectiveness of collection methods used by the company to ensure that they are
efficient and effective
*qualification requirements*
- 3 - 4 years of call center customer care experience, preferably in a technical environment.
- strong attention to detail, exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- basic excel skills required.
- handling a group of minimum 8 persons and in expansion.
- bilingual skills desirable,
