*what you will do*the key responsibilities of this position include preparation and review of financial plans, forecasts and results.you will also be responsible for leading all finance aspects of usa to mexico production line transition (production, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, staffing, fixed/variable costs) and provide visibility and drive the result of the transition costs as well as the net productivity with usa + mexico sites.
*how you will do it*- assist with factory's budgeting and forecasting cycles and provide related analysis for management review.- lead the financial setup of buy-resell business scheme.- track the actual profitability including pricing, tariff, inbound freight, contracts.
assist business with buy-resell vs make strategy- complete and distribute required analysis for monthly financial reviews.- find/manage risks and opportunities to drive profitable sales growth and productivity.- handle the factory sga and cost of sales budgets and manage teams providing periodic reporting to department owners.- work closely with the fp&a team for any booking needs or corrections.
also join force to work out customer profitability process.- improve processes to ensure balance sheet integrity, focusing on inventory.- performs special studies and analyses as needed.- ensure adherence to corporate and divisional accounting/internal control procedures, sox compliance and reporting requirements.
*what we look for*- bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.- *8-12 years of experience; prefer strong cost accounting, sc analysis, and commercial analysis.
*- advanced skills in microsoft suite, hfm - hyperion financial management preferred.- strong knowledge of internal controls and us gaap accounting required.- outstanding ability to communicate, motivate and partner with business operation leaders.- critical thinking to identify and resolve issues is a must.
