supports local training needs, analysis, delivery, implementation, evaluation and follow-up.
leads and manage collective efforts with the management team, resulting in the management and development of our employees' needs, leading to a high-quality workforce and employee satisfaction.
champions and fosters a continuous learning environment for employees and is an integral part of working with employees on their training and development goals, to achieve both their career goals and the corridor's performance objectives.
*key deliverables*- proactively monitor the following key metrics to achieve the expected results:- employee satisfaction- monitors completion of employee reviews, 1:1s and require trainings.- job descriptions: 100% updated for supervisors, leads and agent levelpositions.- delivers minimum 2 ilt (instructor led training) per quarter for the corridor.
*key responsibilities*:- exemplify and teach our culture, mission and goals.- follow the 10 critical success factor and the 'what's expected of a supervisor' guidelines.- completes required trainings and 52 per year (4.33 per month) hours timely.- own your self-development.
