sales and customer engagement -proactively engage with existing and potential customers tounderstand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- fostereffective relationships with key decision-makers within oems andtier companies.

technical expertise -connect customers with technical support and productrecommendations aligned to their applications, utilizing pennauto'scapabilities - collaborate with engineering and product developmentteams to resolve customer-specific challenges for made to printcomponents, based on current capabilities of cold forming +machining.
order management - manage the entire sales process frominitial inquiry to order fulfillment, ensuring a seamless customerexperience.

qualifications - bachelor's degree inbusiness, engineering, or a related field.
- minimum of 3 years'experience in automotive sales within a tier 1 or tier 2.
-preferred understanding of fastener products and cold formedcomponents + machining - excellent communication and interpersonalskills with a customer-centric approach.
