we are an "executive assistant agency" that matches elite founders and executives to world-class eas.in this particular role, you will be paired (full-time) with a high-profile founder of a $1b+ aum venture capital fund.
*schedule*:monday - friday 8am-5pm cst*pay range*:- $800-$1500 monthly based on experience*duties and responsibilities*- maintain crm in airtable- manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments- coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation- create and maintain a well-structured, easily searchable knowledge base using tools like evernote or notion.- prepare, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and other documents- handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism- conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making and problem-solving- serve as a liaison between senior executives, employees, and external stakeholders- capable of creating high-quality standard operating procedures (sops)*requirements*:*qualifications*:- minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role- bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred- a proven track record of supporting executives in a virtual setting is required- c2 level proficiency in english, both written and spoken*skills*:- excellent verbal and written communication skills- advanced proficiency in microsoft office suite, gsuite, notion, airtable, and similar tools- strong organizational and time-management abilities- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment- attention to detail and problem-solving skills- high level of professionalism and discretion*technical requirements*:- reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.- a modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (intel i5 or higher/equivalent).- proficiency with remote communication tools such as zoom, microsoft teams, slack, or google meet.- a noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
