_*responsibilities*:_
- managing the daily/weekly/monthly sla/kpi /mis reports preparation
- managing the daily kpis and work allocation
- responsible for preparation of all daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly governance slides
- managing the team and their leave/vic/appraisals
- review the team's day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process
- manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines
- understanding the clients requirements and be on top in delivering
- should be involving in day to day operations and should be performing transactions on need basis
- develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all key stakeholders
- develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- experience with team management
- stakeholder management & comm skills + relationship management
- transformation/automation experience
- ability to work in complex customer and process situations, problem-solving mindset
- openness to roll up sleeves to get to the details
