_*responsibilities*:_- managing the daily/weekly/monthly sla/kpi /mis reports preparation- managing the daily kpis and work allocation- responsible for preparation of all daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly governance slides- managing the team and their leave/vic/appraisals- review the team's day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process- manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines- understanding the clients requirements and be on top in delivering- should be involving in day to day operations and should be performing transactions on need basis- develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all key stakeholders- develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls- *qualifications*:_- experience with team management- stakeholder management & comm skills + relationship management- transformation/automation experience- ability to work in complex customer and process situations, problem-solving mindset- openness to roll up sleeves to get to the detailstipo de puesto: tiempo completohorario:- diurnoprestaciones:- programa de referidos- seguro de gastos médicos mayores- vales de despensaidioma:- inglés (deseable)lugar de trabajo: una ubicación
