Human resources manager will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies,
activities, and staff of the human resource (hr) department, ensuring legal compliance and
implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
The hr manager’s responsibilities include supervising hr personnel, dealing with employee
grievances and disputes, suppor!Ng employee development, enhancing job satisfaction,
designing onboarding procedures, implemen!Ng hr strategies that support business objectives,
forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee
records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall
employment needs.
- administers the human resource programs setup in collaboration with senior
management to align the departmental goals with the overall strategy of the company
- staffing, recruiting and training
- ensures compliances with laws and regulations
qualifications and skills required
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
required
- at least 5 years of human resource experience required
- shrm-scp or equivalent highly preferred.
- bi-lingual required (english and spanish)
- 2+ years adp payroll processing experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
