Eaton's es amer ars division is currently seeking a occupational health doctor.
*what you'll do*:
implement and sustain our site's occupational health management system, aligned to eaton's mesh system and compliant with applicable regulations, as well as international standards such as iso 45001.
a. Engages employees through wellness and preventive health programs
b. Coordinates support to operations with 3rd party medical service
c. Implements incident medical management and emergency response plans for occupational injuries and illnesses
d. Leads our ergonomics committee
e. Keeps updated industrial hygiene exposure assessments and controls
f. Assures compliance with ssa, stps, imss and other applicable regulations for occupational health
g. Conducts health risk assessments and maintains our occupational health program
h. Improves on leading and lagging metrics and targets, by setting strategic projects
*qualifications*:
- degree: medicine, postgraduate on occupational health
- 3 years of experience in similar posittions
- industrial hygiene
