this role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain high customer satisfaction, proactive risk management, and adherence to industry standards and internal processes.
a strong command of the english language in all aspects is imperative for effective communication and documentation.responsibilities:act as a single point of contact for customers on assigned orders.coordinate and lead contract kick-off and review meetings.communicate with all levels of the organization and customers in a timely, professional manner.review contracts, technical documentation, and project phases against the quotation, ensuring compliance with pricing, payment terms, and contractual obligations.monitor and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.ensure on-time delivery of project outputs in compliance with kpis and customer expectations.conduct pre-inspection meetings with customers and quality teams, if applicable.support continuous improvement activities and maintain accurate project records.collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and purchasing teams to achieve project goals.handle order interpretation, documentation, expediting, shipping, and liaising with internal departments or suppliers
