the family planning administrator, as coordinator between government authority and company, have to perform in accordance with the family planning law in china and ensure the company's employees conduct the birth control issue and report results to relevant authority.
*essential duties and responsibilities*
- set up marriage and pregnancy recorders of floating population and report to relevant authority of any status changes.
- publicize the family planning law to the employees, conduct regular talks on birth control.
- conduct regular pregnancy tests and report results to relevant authority.
- verify certificate of pregnancy approval, handle cases of unapproved pregnancies in a timely manner so that the company does not bear the legal responsibility.
- conduct random spot check on female employees' pregnancy status in-between regular checks.
- may perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
