Location: mexicali, baja california reports to:director hr supply chain latam this position is responsible for theexecution of the principal hr deliveries for the supply chainfunctions in mexicali factory, being an expert on our hr processes,and a business partner for our sc leaders and people in thefacility; supporting our organizational development and growth,being a coach for them, an hr matter expert & leader; and afocal point for employees, leaders, and our entire sc organization,including of course the close work and partnership with our hrcoes.
specific responsibilities specific responsibilities willinclude but are not limited to: - people processes deliverymanaging & execution; people decision moves aligned withbusiness strategy and plans, support company transformationchanges, hr new model implementation and business projects, end toend people company cycle process (hiring, changes, moves,terminations, and system management) within supply chain structurein the country.
- people management & development support forour people and leaders; managing employee relations, talent reviewand performance management cycle, development & performanceactions plans, guidance and coaching for people and leaders.
-manages and support people initiatives for sc, in conjunction withglobal plans and teams, including the coes plans and programs.
-manage, coordinate and generate, people data for decision making;including our hr dashboards for the site, country and businessunits, regarding: attrition, promotions, engagement index, exitinterviews and 90 days on boarding interviews, head count numbers,etc.… (based on data center services and information); at the sametime, being the data validation champion.
- lead the peopleprojects through the different leaders and stakeholders across thecountry for an appropriate implementation, including the do plans,engagement plans and di&b initiatives for the country.
- therole requires some guidance for the plans, and strategy and thedeliveries expected, all day-to-day activities and tasks will takedecisions independently.
- span of control: directors, sr. Managersand managers for all the sc manufacturing in mexico (mexicali)organization to support day to day activities, employee relationsand people actions plan follow up; be an engagement andtransformation champion in the country, support inclusionobjectives, engagement insight team, total rewards team to supportbenefits & wellness activities and work for proposals forinternal & external candidates, data center for people changesand data analysis, talent development team, for coordinate mapsevaluation and talent road map exercise for band 3 to 5.

qualifications - educationrequirements: bachelor's degree, master's degree (desirable) - 8 –10 years of experience in hr functions, most of them in sc(manufacturing).
- 4 – 6 years of experience in a specificdiscipline as hrbp - manager and leading important transformation.- language requirements.
advanced english is required.
- travelrequirements: yes, eventually inside the latam and na region (visarequired) experience - specific systems experience:excel, word andpower point advanced skills, sap & success factors.
