Responsibilities
1. responsible for meeting quality performance deliverables and attaining customer and quality related targets for process.
2. statistical analysis, presentations, and data analysis are all essential for collecting monitoring, evaluating and communicating data for products in product process.
3. perform capability studies for products and processes.
4. identify customer requirements.
5. guide problem solving process for all significant internal issues.
6. assess risk of customer issues at key junctures in product in the process.
7. report and assess reliability testing results for products. Complete quality plan for all products.
8. participate apqp efforts for product transfers with cross functional teams utilizing quality tools.
9. participate and contribute to the following quality systems and/or activities manufacturing sample lot quantities, ppap's, control plans, p-fmea, capability studies, spc, gage r&r, problem solving and preventive quality actions at the receiving manufacturing facilities
10. utilize tools such as root cause analysis through 8d problem solving, design of experiment and poka-yoke in support of the receiving facility to ensure quality level remains unchanged or improved
11. participate in validation test plans for quantity, test length and test type for each product family with product engineering
12. track and report product quality performance showing impact by product family or sku
13. communicate and implement quality initiatives at manufacturing facilities
requirements
14. previously held role as a quality engineer.
15. must have customer experice in products of customer ford, gm, nissan, toyota, tesla, stallantis within others.

22. moderate-to-advanced proficiency in microsoft office tools; willing to learn company & customer systems.
23. strong verbal and written communication skills; english proficiency
24. five years of work experience in the automotive or similar industry.
25. three years of work experience in one or more of the following areas quality, program management, engineering, operations.
26. previous experience in assembly operations and/or painting, is desirable
