- appointment setting: schedule appointments with clients and handle follow-ups as needed.
- client service: handle incoming calls and address client inquiries or issues. Training will be provided on who to contact and how to solve specific client problems.
- correspondence: draft professional letters and communications for clients. The ability to use tools like chatgpt to craft correspondence is a plus.
- basic administrative tasks: utilize software such as microsoft word, excel, and outlook to perform daily administrative duties.
- special projects: assist in special projects, including tasks related to real estate (e.g., coordinating with realtors) and debt elimination programs.
- technology use: must be comfortable using various technologies to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
*requirements*:
- experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or customer service role.
- communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to answer questions directly and clearly.
- tech savvy: proficient in using microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook). Experience with tools like chatgpt is a plus.
- bilingual: fluency in english and spanish is required due to the diversity of their client base.
- thick skin & directness: must be able to handle direct feedback and communicate issues honestly. They value clear and open communication.
- customer-oriented: ability to handle client problems with common sense and escalate issues when needed. Additional information:
