a snapshot of your day
a typical day of a human resources financial analyst includes supporting the us and canada services organizations in managing human resources data for employees and contractors and coordinating the weekly field service payroll processing. The role requires maintenance of sap hr mini-masters and myspgi timekeeping system personnel info records to ensure data accuracy. In addition, the analyst will reconcile the field service timesheet data to ensure proper coding and approvals for timely payroll processing. The human resources financial analyst will work closely with business contacts to ensure the proper information is maintained in the needed systems and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
how you’ll make an impact
1. daily maintenance of sap hr mini-master records
2. perform weekly reconciliations of hr data between sepia identity management, hris-fusion, sap hr mini-master and myspgi timekeeping systems on daily basis for employees and contractors
3. ensure that data in the sap hr mini-master and timekeeping systems is accurate and reliable for accurate project costs and direct labor absorption by reviewing interface error reports and working with business contacts to resolve
4. coordinate the weekly us field service payroll submissions working with the fs management personnel
5. perform weekly payroll review of timesheets to ensure accuracy of charge codes for time reporting, payroll coding of st/dt/ot, review of missing timesheet and/or approvals
6. perform monthly payroll audits for both hourly and salary fte in us fs organization and as needed for compliance
7. support upcoming hris system migrations from fusion to workday
what you bring
8. bachelor’s degree in mis, accounting or finance from accredited institution
9. minimum of 5 years of experience
10. proficiency in ms office, strong excel skills and competency in erp systems ( sap, oracle)
11. excellent communication skills
12. strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
13. knowledge of accounting, financial and or payroll reporting competencies preferred.
14. ability to work independently and as part of a team
15. ability to travel to united states (unexpired travel visa preferred)
16. fluent english (written, oral, and comprehension) is required
