Manager technology projects openings & onboarding
accor is a leading hotel group present in more than 110 countries. The technology hotel opening and onboarding is responsible for ensuring the successful technology delivery for all hotel openings and conversions. They will maintain relationships with both internal and external teams and have a good understanding of the brand standards, ensuring that these standards are communicated and achieved. They will ensure that the teams are project managing projects to completion and act as an escalation point to internal and external stakeholders. They will participate and lead the brand standards at a regional level.
responsibilities
1. minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a service-oriented it operation.
2. project management experience.
3. strong working knowledge of hotel technology platforms (e.g. Pms, distribution, payments).
4. strong customer-facing personality.
5. strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
6. background in designing and planning it implementation projects.
7. proven project management skills including but not limited to budget and critical path management.
8. inspired leader with a teamwork approach.
9. stakeholder management.
10. fluent in english & spanish – written & spoken (ideally portuguese as well).
