As our business planning finance analyst, you will partner with cross-functional partners, bringing to bear their functional expertise to identify risks & opportunities for delivering increasingly more profitable growth in the business.

You will need to demonstrate strong financial acumen, a team attitude, a can-do mentality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to take analytical insights and translate these into clear and simple action items and recommendations.
what you will work on
1. support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain, demand creation, and operational overhead to generate plans that incorporate strategic business plan objectives and appropriate assumptions
2. support the continuous development of business reports and reporting processes to ensure we are reporting and analyzing relevant kpis
3. drive continuous improvement of our processes and systems allowing us to gain a better understanding of our actual performance and drive efficiency
4. perform profitability and investment analysis on short- and long-term business opportunities that aid in the decision-making process and help improve profitability
who you will work with
the role reports into the director, finance consumer x marketplace business planning, latam, and will work directly with the supply chain team, cross-functional stakeholders and finance teams.
what you bring
1. bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field with an emphasis in finance and accounting
2. directly meaningful work experience; a confirmed expertise in financial planning and analysis in an international environment. Knowledge of accounting and us gaap is a plus
3. ability to deliver results against tight timelines, navigate large amounts of information and “connect the dots” from various data sources and collaborators
4. strong communication skills, ability to communicate sophisticated concepts and ideas in a simple way and influence collaborators across the organization
5. strong analytical skills and strategic attitude
6. team player attitude, proven positive energy, confidence, integrity, and passion for the brand
7. excellent command of english, both written and spoken
8. advanced proficiency with excel and powerpoint
9. sap/tableau knowledge is strongly preferred
