For a leading recruitment client, we are seeking a onboarding consultant to join an onboarding team on a part time basis. This consultative role focuses on engaging with potential clients through pre-scheduled, inbound calls to understand their unique recruitment needs and guide them through the initial stages of our specialized recruitment services.
note: these are inbound video meetings that are set for you. There is no cold calling or outbound sales required. This is not a sales role.
key responsibilities
* conduct 1-3 consultative meetings daily with potential clients inquiring about recruitment services
* engage in high-level, strategic conversations to understand clients' business objectives and recruitment challenges
* utilize expert questioning techniques to uncover underlying hiring needs and priorities
* follow a structured yet flexible approach to qualify each enquiry effectively
* provide initial insights and recommendations based on gathered information
* articulate the value proposition of the recruitment services in a compelling manner
* seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to internal recruitment specialists
* maintain a highly professional demeanor throughout all client interactions
