the facilities services/contract administrator administers, and coordinates assigned activities related to all aspects of contracts between company and our sublessees, lessor, and vendors.
activities may include participating in contract negotiations, renewals, and modifications with the buyer.
may assist in the process of contractor selection and in the development of scopes of work, job estimates, and shutdown schedules.
ensures supplier compliance to all aspects of contract terms, including safety, quality, delivery, pricing.
monitors company performance relative to contractual obligations.
this position will also require a thorough understanding of and become actively involved in support of the corporate sarbanes-oxley 404 compliance process as it relates contracts administration and cost control.
*your key responsibilities*:- manage the leased car fleet of the company to ensure compliance to all aspects of contract terms and provide support to users (maintenance service following up, leasing process, renovation of leasing, etc.).
validation of costs associated and proper distribution of these to cost centers of business and functions.- manage lease and sublease contracts (external and intercompany) and ensure monthly invoicing process to avoid any delay on payments.
