*as an otc data governance specialist, you will*:- be responsible for the creation of global customer data set up requests in mdg based on provided templates.- play a key role in identifying critical data fields for which regular data accuracy checks are required to keep our systems and our dashboards clean.- be responsible to develop and drive a consistent control mechanism for data quality.- support on providing data extracts upon requests or as needed for project initiatives.- maintain global standards, guidelines and processes as part of the data governance team and share this with the cross-functional teams.- work closely with other teams within the business process team to support and collaborate.- develop and monitor kpis for otc data governance programs to assess their operations and drive improvement activities.
*we are looking for experience with the following qualifications*:- bachelor's degree or proven equivalent experience for identified position requirements.- excellent knowledge of the customer service business processes.- advanced knowledge of the ms-office package, especially microsoft excel skills.- basic knowledge of power bi, power app is a plus.- sap and mdg expertise and salesforce service cloud basic knowledge.- strong analytical skills: data interpretation.- effective verbal and written communication skills.- execution focus - self-accountable and team player for driving fast results.- you are a team player.
