Regional account manager forautomotive – region north
the role that youwill play:
1. leads the siemens digital industries portfolio of products and services in the northern region to help automotive customers taking advantage of siemens solutions more effectively.
2. analyzes and evaluates markets (both product and services portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers to identify additional sales potential.
3. drives customer-specific global strategies and integrates new solutions from our growing portfolio into the customer landscape.
4. together with the customer, works out tailor-made solutions particularly in the engineering and production environments including all related domains.
5. executes sales targets for direct, indirect, local and international business.
6. executes activities and measures at dedicated accounts to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
7. works out short and long-term sales strategies in the field of siemens digital industries strategy in region north.
8. gets to know the products' portfolio's technical features in details and keeps this knowledge up to date.
9. generate new business opportunities through tracking investments
10. deliver on quarterly and annual numbers while maintaining focus on competition, customer, and technology landscapes to form a strategic near- and long-term outlook
11. identify and build strong relationships with customers and uncover customer desired objectives or needs
12. coordinates workshops and events related to the portfolio of products and services. Supports other account managers with specific product knowledge (e.g. participates on customer meetings and negotiations).
13. takes part in the orders and revenue business planning.
14. supports the overall assigned kam organization and plans sales volumes and potential of key targeted customers.
15. supports strategic key customers' business development.
16. through the complete sales cycle, orchestrates teams both local and international, including the internal interfaces like e.g. Presales, services, product management, technical specialists, partners.
17. contributes to the development of a pre- and after sales service that is focused on customers' needs.
18. open to changes, new challenges on the market and has entrepreneurial spirit.
what would we likefrom your side?
19. at least 5 years working in the automotive industry. Proven experience dealing with customer organizations at different departments.
20. secure and sovereign behavior dealing also with c-level.
21. at least 7 - 10 years working experience including shown experience handling complex business relationships and working within cross functional teams/processes to achieve goals. Strong ability to build solutions across multiple partners in complex relationships is important.
22. experience in automation and industrial software solutions and any other related field 7 - 10 years.
23. knowledge of the mexican automotive market.
24. university degree.
