Growing happiness guides everything we do and our core values - unleash greatness, never stop learning, ignite your passion, thankful living, and inspire innovation & change - inspire us to maintain a culture where our people take pride in their work and have fun doing it.what you'll be doing:operational support: ensure our media buying and account management operations run smoothly and efficiently, supporting the implementation of strategies for multiple clients.performance monitoring: monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery to ensure strategies are correctly implemented and objectives are met.liaison work: act as the main point of contact between network partners, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless campaign execution.order management: send and track network orders and asset traffic instructions, ensuring all campaign materials are correctly distributed and accounted for.billing reconciliation: track, organize, and reconcile weekly television network logs to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.research and analysis: perform ad hoc research and analysis using tools such as nielsen, kantar, and ispot to support strategic decisions.industry engagement: participate in meetings with publishers to stay current on tv/ott trends and leverage this knowledge to provide media recommendations.client support: assist the account management team with client communication and the preparation of weekly reports and presentations.we'd love to hear from you if:research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
