*experience*:
- minimum of 5 years of experience with the large international manufacturing industry and / or manufacturing
- execution systems administration / implementation.
- experience working with it projects and it product roadmap development.
- familiar with google suite (docs, spreadsheets, presentation, calendar, meet, chat and gmail).
- experience writing user-facing and business-facing requirement documents (writing business requirementsdocumentation, software-related guidelines, process-oriented sops).
- excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- inquisitive mind and a lifelong learner.
- technology savvy.
- experience designing use cases, test cases and risk assessment documents.
*knowledge*:
- proficient and skillful at translating business requirements into technical requirements for the developmentteam.

*responsibilities*:
- the product management bsa is responsible to ensure that all product requirements are clear and complete as well as support the product evolution, maintenance and healthiness.
- develop requirements, user stories, use cases.
- support product strategy.
- coordinate with engineering to execute according to the release plan.
- coordinate with sqa for testing and validation.
- coordinate with the 42q compliance team to meet and be compliant with the regulations/best practices that affect 42q businesses.
- support the traceability matrix (changes, requirements, test cases, risk assessment) definition and maintenance.
- design requirements, test cases and risk assessment documents, supporting 42q validation driven by compliance guidelines (fda cfr 21 part 11, fda cfr 21 part 820, gamp 5, gxp - good practice quality guidelines and regulations).
- documentation writing support.
- coach and provide training to various 42q teams.
- support the product roadmap design and maintenance.
- confirm roi / value proposition, priorities, and release plan.
- perform periodic release notes verification.
- coordinate with marketing for feature function terminologies and market release plans.
- support customer conversations on rare occasions or under strategic circumstances.
- listen to the voice of the customer where necessary.
- support publication of white papers.
