manage courrier accounts' weekly payments and allocation to end business by the end of the month.
reconcile concur operations.
administer bpos for payment and customer service with direct contact on couriers.
*what you'll do*:
- bpo administration.
review bpo balances for related purchasing activities, ensure invoices are processed in an efficient flow, not interrupted by bpo expiration or limited funds.
raise requests on a timely manner for operation continuity.
- weekly carier payments.
download, validation, analisis and process weekly invoices for fedex us, fedex canada (l-es), pegasus, fedex us, dhl (l-csc) invoices for payment process.
councur reconciliation.reconcile payments in concur based on wbs investigation and validation.
- mec allocation.
reconcile, validate, investigate, confirm wbs for allocaiton on all invoices processed during the month; perform lh jv posting (recalss and accruals) to ensure our gl account is properly cleared by mec deadline.
- visibility to finance.
provide a monthly summary of accounts cleared and balances for each courier.
- customer service.
main point of contact for multple couriers handling invoices for; handle issues, complains and close gaps.
- working underpreassure, deadlines, multitasking, month end close.
*who you *are*:
- high school diploma or g.e.d.
- two or more years of experience in accounting, business, finance, administration or related field
- experience working with procurement practices, purchasing regulations, audit process, tools and policies
- experience working with customer service
- experience working with financial activities and month end close deadlines
- experience working with carriers, logistics, parcel accounts
