- identify, compile and analyze customer requirements based on the hierarchical level; build and maintain personal contact with the customer; define the contact matrix (purchasing, development, quality and other areas) and integrate the participating internal organization; achieve all aspects of customer satisfaction; forward all customer inquiries and feedback within the organization; define and monitor the action plan and report progress to the customer
- supporting (global) customers and (global) hella companies as well as strategically important locations in order to obtain production contracts; advising customers, involving hella specialist departments if necessary and preparing and presenting presentations as well as advising on technical and commercial issues
- coordinate, prepare and track visits by internal or external customers, including all related work; participate in trade shows and exhibitions; and assist internal departments in their preparation.

- university degree: engineering or business related
- professional experience: more than 5 up to 6 years within automotive industry
- experience in the automotive industry, as sales account manager working with korean and/or japanese customers
- international view (with experience working in global organizations)
- project management knowledge
- autonomy
- used to work with processes
- language: spanish and/or german will be a plus
