*general summary*
kam mexico will lead commscope relationship with main customers in mexico, such as izzi-televisa, megacable, telefonica, totalplay, among others. Kam must work coordinately with the segments gtm organizations to build strategies towards maximizing our business with these customers.
Some customers may have regional footprint, and the kam shall engage customers over such footprint.
*duties & responsibilities*
- build and maintain relationship with customers at high and mid-levels
- develop account strategies and tailor our value propositions to address customer’s business issues, working close to the segments sales
- prospect business opportunities with customers to broaden our commercial relationship over time
- serve as a point of escalation for issues in general
- focused in gaining preference with the largest and most important customers in mexico (ex-amx).
- develop senior and executive management relationships with identified major customers
- lead collaboration on for key accounts with business units and regional sales teams
- develop customer specific programs to maintain and increase market share
- monitor sales management with the segments: forecasting, pipeline management, business conversion, sales execution.
- provide account management for designated accounts
- coordinate sales managers from different segments
- identify cross selling opportunities
- introduce new products
- mobilize internal resources
- engage appropriate internal resources as necessary, to support sales goals
- formulate sales policies and objectives
- represent commscope at key customers
