.this role will provide specialized support in recruiting top students to join chamberlain group. They will provide comprehensive program management, logistic and administrative support, and strategic insights on university recruiting initiatives, and increasing the program's efficiency. They will partner with the university relations program lead and communicate with senior stakeholders and broader teams within the business to drive excellence in university recruiting strategy.- serve as key logístical contact for planning and execution of events on university college campuses in support of recruiting processes- partner with business leaders and hrbps to define hiring goals- drive coordination and logístical planning of campus recruiting events throughout the year (e.g. kick off meetings, career fairs, on-campus presentations, on-campus interviews, pre-night events, office visits)- serve as the industry expert for chamberlain group; coach, train and prepare team members for campus events, interviews and presentations- track metrics for all recruiting activities and proactively provide data-driven solutions- design and implement recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns- establish role as point of contact for career services, student and professor community and other key internal campus recruiting teams- build productive relationships with hiring managers; providing regular updates on progress- collect and track interview feedback- leverage data to build and refine university relations recruitment strategies- build and maintain meaningful relationships with faculty, department leadership, professional and alumni organizations, and other key university contacts.- stay up-to-date on university recruiting trends, new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools- protect cgi's reputation by keeping information confidential- maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies- contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed- comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
