*production manager*:
*responsibilities*:
- develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- implement strategies to minimize waste and improve resource efficiency throughout the production process.
- ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and adopt eco-friendly materials and practices.
- supervise and lead the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- ensure all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- prepare regular reports on production performance, kpis, and cost control.
- analyze data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- proven experience (5+ years) as a production manager or similar roles.
- strong understanding of iso 14001, iso 45001 and iso 50001, iatf 16949.
- proficiency in analyzing production metrics and implementing process improvements.
- knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., iso, lean manufacturing).
- familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
- experience as team leader of medium - large teams is mandatory.
- advanced english level required.
- experience working in an automotive company.
