Your teammates — including project managers, art directors, creative directors, copywriters, and more — are always on hand to help you manage your time and workload, develop as a designer, and have a blast doing it.
On a regular basis, you’ll exit your client rotation and return to internal atomic d projects.
You’ll share your experiences with other designerds, learn from theirs, and take part in educational and mentorship programs. You’ll also refine your skills and learn new tools as our industry evolves.
