marketing events coordinator
as a coordinator of marketing events, you will be responsible for exclusive and innovative experiences for customers and interested parties as a brand function. In addition, you will also be responsible for the achievement of lead generation and sales conversion rate targets towards the markets, as well as manage, report, and monitor marketing campaigns and optimize marketing investments along the process towards motorrad.
responsibilities
* responsible for coordinating marketing efforts with special focus on experiential marketing and events (brand and tactical).
* verify the digital marketing strategy, including paid media, organic communication, website, and content development regional developed from us and implemented in mexico.
* measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and digital presence.
* coordinate agencies (advertising, creative, crm, and digital) and ensure that campaigns will be delivered on agreed time and look and feel targets.
* develop and implement annual digital marketing plan and agree on premises for planning with regional manager aligned with headquarters.
* maintain our social media presence across all digital channels through campaigns and monthly content on facebook, instagram, and twitter.
* management of the kpis and results of social media, website, and content development in accordance with the regional strategy, implementing locally and in line with regional office.
* monitor, improve and guide dealers, events, and digital efforts and use of ci.
* ensure the maintenance and full functionalities of the websites for mexico which will be controlled by the regional marketing function.
qualifications and experience
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related.
* 3 to 5 years of professional experience in experiential marketing and communication.
* experience in premium segments of the industry (ideally motorcycles).
* customer service skills (active listening, problem solving, and ethics).
