*your key responsibilities*- act as the main point of contact with clients in formula development and troubleshooting.- work in laboratories and pilot plants to prepare samples and support large-scale production.- effectively manage projects to ensure timely delivery, technical feasibility, and adherence to deadlines.- strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver technical information to diverse audiences are essential.
*you bring*- educational background in chemical engineering, pharmacy, food engineering, or related fields.- a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the nutrition, food, specialty ingredients/chemicals, and/or pharmaceutical industries.- extensive expertise in product development areas critical to human and specialized nutrition, including but not limited to dietary supplements, medical and infant nutrition, and food & beverages.- a creative and open-minded approach, fostering innovation and exploring new avenues for growth and improvement.- strong results-driven mindset with a focus on customer needs, demonstrating a sense of urgency to achieve business objectives and drive performance.- entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to design innovative solutions, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- high attention to detail with exceptional project management capabilities, ensuring successful execution of complex initiatives.- proficiency in spanish is essential, with advanced english skills preferred.
