• documentar inicio y terminación de setup en sistema mattec
• responsable de identificar con tarjeta verde o roja según sea el caso cada molde que baja de las máquinas y localizarlo en el sistema mapics.
• responsable de depositar moldes en taller en caso de que este tenga una orden de trabajo e identificar con tarjeta roja y llenarla con el número de parte, numero de molde y nombre del setupista.
• responsable usar de manera correcta jack pallet ya sea este manual o eléctrico, montacargas, uniforme, zapatos y accesorios que son provistos para el desempeño de su trabajo.
• responsable de participar en actividades o acciones relacionadas al mantenimiento y mejora de las 6’s que su supervisor le asigne.
• responsable de buscar oportunidades de mejora en sus procesos y/o procesos alternos para generar kaizen blitz relacionados con mejoras en seguridad, calidad, eficiencia, suministro, productividad.
• disponibilidad de cambios de turno y los diferentes horarios y tiempo extra
• trabajar con seguridad utilizando su equipo de protección personal.
• mantener limpia su área de trabajo
• paro y purgado de maquinas
• verificar que exista flujo de agua en cada manguera y/o circuito.
• solucionar problemas que se presente en el setup.
