*how you'll make an impact*:
you'll be at the heart of how we work with our strategic vendors—supporting everything from identifying the right partners and negotiating contracts, to ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term collaboration.
your role is key to building strong, effective relationships that help us deliver quality results while staying aligned with our goals and values.
you'll also work closely with teams across the business to plan for future needs—translating technical requirements into clear business actions and making sure our vendor partnerships stay agile, scalable, and impactful.
it's a role where relationship-building meets strategic thinking, and where your ability to connect, dots will help keep operations running smartly and efficiently.
*your role in action*:
- lead and support vendor contract processes—drafting, reviewing, tracking, and making sure all the boxes are checked.
- help find and evaluate strategic vendors, ensuring they're the right fit for our goals and culture.
- build strong relationships with our partners and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
- translate tech requirements into business solutions, bridging the gap between it and operations.
- support project planning and workforce strategy in collaboration with business leaders.
- stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and vendor performance to help us keep leveling up.work closely with finance, legal, and procurement to ensure everything is aligned and compliant.

- strong excel / microsoft office skills
- high-level english, especially for finance-related communication
- solid understanding of contracts and vendor relationships
- procurement background or tech-savvy professional interested in finance
- ability to translate technical requirements into business needs
- great with people, highly organized, and proactive communicator
- project management know-how (even better if you've led projects or initiatives)
*desirable*:
- experience with power bi
- familiarity with oracle (e-business / hr tools)
