1. effectively communicate technical issues and risks to relevant stakeholders.

1. experience in information architecture.
2. experience in development services companies, working mainly with nearshore teams from latam.
3. 10-15 years of experience in the field.
4. engineering background.
5. strong communication skills.
6. responsible for quality control of team setup processes, reviewing and tracking onboarding tickets, and talent acceptance.
7. ongoing service maintenance and quality.
