*responsibilities*
- *phone screening*: conduct initial phone screens and provide recommendations to the hiring team.
- *interview scheduling*: coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel teams.
- *applicant tracking*: manage and update information in the applicant tracking systems.
- *updates to hiring managers*: provide regular updates to all hiring managers as needed.
- *passive recruitment*: conduct passive recruitment through linkedin recruiter regularly.
- *staff communication*: communicate recruitment policies and procedures to all staff.
*requirements*
- advanced english, both verbal and written.
- *education and experience*: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources, preferably in it, cybersecurity, or managed services industry.
- *degree*: associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- *skills*: exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
*work schedule*:
- this is a full-time position, with regular hours from monday through friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pst.
