In omron méxico we are looking for our next account manager-automated optical inspection systems located in guadalajara.
We are seeking an energetic account manager related to automated inspection solutions (spi, aoi and axi).
*responsibilities*:
- achieve targeted sales growth in assigned territory, via direct sales and through authorized manufacturer's representatives.
- execute sales with end user customers at the enterprise and production level.
- build relationships (internal and external) with customers to achieve assigned sales and corporate goals.
- interact with customers (internal and external) on a daily basis to insure their needs are met.
- represent omron in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner
- represents the omron guiding principles through personal and business interactions with employees, customers, distributors, and colleagues.
*requirements*:
- four year engineering degree (electrical or mechanical) or two (2) year technical school degree or 7+ years of technical experience in the esm smt industry.
- proficiency in english, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication with customers and team members.
- minimum of (7) years of sales experience in selling capital equipment (over $100,000) to end user customers in the ems / smt industry.
- applied knowledge of the printed circuit board manufacturing process with an emphasis on inspection or other smt processes.
- knowledge of the types of solder/component defects typically found with the printed circuit board manufacturing process.
- energetic, aggressive, focused and a highly motivated self-starter.
- strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to win.
- ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with strong organizational skills.
- team player mentality but able to work independently as required.
- strong interpersonal, listening, questioning and communication skills (written and oral)
- ability to travel up to 50%.
