We’re building a sales team and creating the future of moving. Our headquarters are in austin, tx, and we have a distributed team of 40+ talented employees.
role background:
this role will own telemarketing and outbound sales efforts. You’ll manage a team of 3 to 6 bdr representatives. You’ll drive demos by contacting the owners of property management companies.
what's the day-to-day for this role?
* hire, train, and manage a small team of bdr appointment setters.
* both a player and a coach. You’ll be an individual contributor as well as a manager/lead.
* you'll call, email, and text property management companies to pitch them on utility profit.
* you will be booking product demo calls.
* be prepared to be making +50 calls every day.
* keep your crm updated with call notes and statuses about your book of business.
* we are currently using hubspot as our crm tool.

requirements:
* you are based in mexico. This is a remote position.
* you need to have very strong english (spoken and written). Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
* 3+ years experience in b2b telemarketing.
* you’re comfortable using hubspot or similar crm.
* you have built and managed telemarketing teams.
