Our team has to support construction site at dosbocas, tabasco. Whatever field wants. We try to find the method to save company money and asset extremely with positive mind anytime. We are required to complete any assignment within limited time. We must become a multiplayer through wondering and challenging mind instead of the answer 'no'. Every time, we must organize and finish all tasks timely. If you want, this company can be ready for any ingredient and fruit we want and we can cook korean and mexican food any time. However, we do not like waste our food.*key responsibilities*:- manage office, assets and documents control.- elaborate predicted cash report monthly.- calculate and present budget, payment and cash flows.- create payment documents with proper receipts in advance in order to get corporate approvals.- calculate payroll, stamping of cfdi payroll receipts.- keep accounts including electronically after distinguishing transactions, control processes related to funds and purchases, and conciliating difference between book and cash balance.- close each account entry and checking trial balance- issue monthly financial statements (preferred)- calculate taxes and any burden( like social security, isn, imss, retirement, severance and old age, infonavit, iva, ans so on -requiered.calculate corporate taxcorporate, siroc, repse and so on requieremnts and continually review and share information about this - required- register, pay and correction, of taxes with fines and penalties- find and eliminate costs and conditions that are not recognized as costs of corporation- find iva and conditions that are not returned as iva of corporation- tax effect of international transaction- assignments related in human resources, contract law, business law, and labor law- preparation of contract- review of contract- preparation and submission of legal documents(at commercial registry office, notario publico and immigration office)position requirements- ability to do major responsibilities well- bachelor's degree in accounting / finance / business administration (preferred)- ability to work with foreigners, (korean boss)- work under pressure- more than 10 years of experience- experience coordinating an accounting & administration work is preferredskills & knowledge required- english (neccesary - writing speaking listening properly)- time control ability- excellent organizations skills- quick and accurate handing in sequence- ability to work in a team environment
