*job description*:we are seeking a dedicated and proactive director of sales to develop the commercial strategy for the company's growth within the b2b sector, tasked with enhancing market presence, fortifying business relationships, and overseeing a sales team to ensure the business objectives.key responsabilities:- formulate the sales business plan and implement strategies to enhance the company's market presence.- oversee the sales department, offering guidance and oversight to the sales team to attain sales goals and growth.- identify and cultivate business opportunities with retail channels and new b2b clients.- enhance relationships with current customers to ensure enduring satisfaction and loyalty.- conduct a thorough analysis of the market and competitors to inform decision-making and sustain a competitive edge.- collaborate with various departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure that business strategies align with the overarching objectives of the company.- manage budgets, report outcomes, and analyze sales kpis to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.- ensure the integration of optimal business and customer service practices in the team's daily operations.- oversee the effective use of crm by the team to deliver commercial insights to management.- develop the commercial strategy for the launch and growth of new channels.

*requisitos*:qualifications:- bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, business or a related field.- minimum of 5 years of experience as commercial director or commercial manager- 5 - 7 years of experience leading sales teams (al least 5 persons)- 3 - 5 years of experience in the retaill and self-service sectors.- strong knowledge of crm use and administration.- excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills.- advanced english*availability to relocate to the usa is a must.
