Support in the coordination of draws, shipments and settlement of shipments in the extended zones area as well as in the documentation and monitoring process of shipments in customer modules, ensuring the correct performance of the processes established in the area.

under general supervision performs the following activities:
- raffle for shipments from extended areas
- shipment of shipments from extended zones
- shipping documentation in client modules.
- monitoring/follow up of customer shipments
- issuance of reports and generation of pre-alerts for documented shipments in customer modules.
- creation of reports on empty warehouses and logical stocks of shipments in the warehouse
- follow up of proactive fedex national and international shipments
*minimum requirements*:
*minimum education*:
- high school degree/equivalent.
- english (450 toeic points).
*minimum experience*:
- experience in the field of customer service, transportation or logistics.
*minimum required skills*:
- microsoft office and administration skills
- good oral and written communication skills.
- ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver any package weighing up to 68 kg with appropriate equipment.
