role to support borealis mexico with customer service activities including logistics and warehouse.
requirements: experience
- experienced in customer service tasks, customer communication and documentation;experience working in a logistics department
- strong customer service backgroundspanish and english fluent in speaking, writing and communicating;
- experienced working with excel, outlook and ms office;
- sap is a plus people skills
- systematic approach and attention to detail.

- responsible for inbound material into mexico from working with brokers on containers releases to arranging for inland dray into warehouse network within mexico
- works closely with csr in borealis inc as well as logistics team; schedules visits at external borealis warehouses
- arranges for transportation and manages customer directory of present and future bmex customers
- handle and follow-up orders from order creation, delivery creation, transportation booking to invoicing to meet customer needs
- assist general sales manager in sales planning and process by collating data
- handle and follow up export documents to assure they arrive in time for customs clearance at the destination
- keep customer file updated in order to have all the latest commercial information available
- order tracking and managing inbound and outbound orders / batch management of bmex inventory in 3rd party warehouses
- coordinates with our logistic services providers (warehouse, truck companies) related activities, such as trans-loading activities, follow up on truck schedules, pickup and delivery appointments, imports from overseas, etc
- keeps track of inventories and works closely with finance and logistics team while performing cycle counts and physical inventory checks;
- keep track of supplier invoices and works closely with finance team and logistics for vendor payments;
- keep track of damage materials at our logistic service providers and reports to appropriate parties for disposition
- prompt response to any customer request
- provide customer with information on products, supply, documentation & certificates
- register complaints, monitor status and communicate progress both internally and externally
- improve commercial position by developing close customer relationship
