Position objective
assist site or area director in daily activities to successfully manage business activities and achieve company goals.
roles & responsibilities
1. manage the director’s agenda
2. coordinate travel requests for director (flights, hotel reservations, car rental, hrg profile)
3. create director’s expense reports, as well as area expense reports if needed (invoice requests, via concur/axos)
4. monitor travel expenses compliance to corporate guidelines
5. coordinate, translate documents
6. create and send memos from director
7. keep meeting minutes when required
8. organize and maintain confidential documents
9. manage confidential information with extreme care and trust
10. support in visit requirements, including agenda, hotel and transportation arrangements, security equipment, coffee break, dinner reservations
11. attend phone calls, organize phone conferences, virtual meetings
12. coordinate shipping requirements (fedex, dhl etc.)
13. create reports according to area demands
14. active participation on activities related to health and safety
15. coordinate and plan events requested by director (workshops, offsites, meetings, and annual events)
16. any other task or responsibility assigned by director
17. coordinate as needed with other assistants for compliance, coordination, and support functions
18. create and follow up on purchase requisitions, as well as purchase of office requirements when needed
19. creation of service desk tickets for it and maintenance requests
20. if needed, handling personal issues from director to allow optimization of efforts in the plant
21. follow brp values and behaviors
22. ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics
23. enforce quality brp policy
position profile:
bachelor degree: any
professional experience:
* at least 5 years experience in assisting positions at manufacturing companies.
technical skills (minimum desired)
1. advanced english
