We are currently hiring a wholesale account manager - faire expert to support our ambitious growth. We are looking for a passionate, commercial, talented, and ambitious individual to help us grow our beauty brands. As the account manager for indie boutiques, you will work closely with the sales director to help develop the brands in north america and be in charge of maintaining the relationship with existing accounts as well as opening new ones.
responsibilities
* identifying potential new clients to partner with: for each state, looking at new potential accounts by researching the brands they carry today, the price point, etc.
* once the list is created, contacting the prospects via emailing, cold-calling, showing up in person, etc.
* using different types of media such as social networks and magazines in a creative way to research new clients.
* supporting accounts through trainings, samples, and quick follow-up.
* visiting our accounts to maintain relationships and check stock levels.
* following up with existing clients to ensure they are well stocked at all times.
* update and maintain crm with new leads and accounts.
* update reporting for each brand on a daily basis, and review with sales director weekly.
* collaborate with the wider sales team and accounting team to monitor open orders and ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled.

* strong experience with faire (wholesales).
* excellence in sales with proven success with independent accounts.
* experience in consulting with business owners and ability to create strong relationships with our partners.
* strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently while in a very small team.
* sell-in and sell-through oriented.
* strong ability to organize, prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.
* structured mind with a high multi-tasking ability.
* creative problem solver with top-class troubleshooting skills.
