As a customer service leader, you will mentor a team of customer service agents with passion for helping, through the journey of supporting our customer's requests and questions!

- optimally coordinate dealer complaint process and keep them trained on comex product portfolio.
- ensure the team's goals are met by empowering its members through strong communication strategies, continuous improvement initiatives.
- efficiently attend, manage, and follow up on e-commerce sales.
- attend in an efficient and timely manner to customers' service.
*qualifications*
- a proven record as a customer service team lead, preferably from a call center or equivalent.
- bachelor's degree in business administration or international business.
- english proficiency.
- indispensable good command of excel (macros desirable), oracle and microsoft software.
