We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an *english and spanish customer support representative*.
this role will involve providing exceptional support to our english and french-speaking customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
*responsibilities*:
- provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic technical support to customers.
- document all interactions and transactions accurately in the crm system.
- collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
- meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
qualifications:
- fluent in both english and spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
