*hr operations senior analyst*main purpose*this role focuses on the support of the global smiles and darwin platforms which both incude support of the daily ec integration, support of payroll interfaces, driving expansion of the monetary usage of the smiles tool, defines and executes sox controls, interacts, with member of the tm and tr coes, sector based tm/tr leads, comunications, it, finance etc.. Additionally this role provdes direction to and dotted line manages a gbs resource that supports end users of the smiles platform.this role also play a crucial role maintaining a relationship with the vendor teams, conducts business review, reviews release notes, supports mobile capabilities of the platforms, deals with leadership inquires, creates usage decks for senior leadership etc.
*accountabilities*- manage the smiles platform with 290k users and support leadership expansion request, mobile usage and other aspects of deex.- support the monetary expansion of the platform which requires meeting with finance, payroll and talent mgmt.
leads for sector teams to explain budgeting, taxation and payroll impacts.
- also support functional and sector initiatives to enhance the usage of the platform by rollng out new capbility- support integrations into and out of supported platforms (darwin & workhuman/smiles) in addition leverage apis to integrate mypepsico, yammer, pep app store etc.
