coordinate and assure the correct functionality of the daily operations of the human resources department.
*position responsibilities*:
- assure that recruitment department provides on time the manpower needed for the operations in all departments.
- supervise that personnel service department is working well, providing the correct support to the operative area, regarding to hr services like: cafeteria, transportation, janitorial, medical department, and uniforms.
- administration of company rules.
- be responsible of the implementation of actions related nom-035 (prevention of psychosocial risks)
- supervise driver activities, and coordinate support for company visitors.
- supervise hr assistants (recruitment, training, hr services).
- work for kpi achievement (turnover, absenteeism, training).
- supervise and organize company integration activities.
- responsible of iso 14001, iatf 16949 hr activities.
- assure that hris is properly updated (sf´s).
